Because our services involve custom creative work tailored specifically to each client's needs, our return policy differs from traditional product returns. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure complete client satisfaction. Our process includes multiple review stages and revision opportunities to ensure the final deliverables meet your requirements and expectations.
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to communicate your concerns to us as early as possible in the project timeline. We are committed to working with you to address any issues and make necessary adjustments to meet your needs.
Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
If you decide to cancel your project before we have begun any work, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made. To qualify for this refund, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of making your payment and before we have started any discovery, research, or creative work on your project.
Once work has commenced on your project, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This includes time spent on research, planning, creation, and any deliverables that have been provided to you.
If we have delivered initial concepts, drafts, or other work products, the value of these deliverables will be deducted from any refund amount. The specific refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed relative to the total project scope.
Once a project has been completed and all deliverables have been provided to you, refunds are generally not available. However, if you believe there has been a significant failure to meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards, please contact us immediately to discuss the matter.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after work has commenced and deliverables have been provided.
Dissatisfaction with creative direction that was approved by you during the review process.
Failure to provide necessary materials, information, or feedback in a timely manner, resulting in project delays or complications.
Requests made more than 30 days after project completion.
Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you.
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf, such as stock photography licenses, software subscriptions, or other external resources purchased specifically for your project.
Our standard service packages include a specified number of revision rounds, as outlined in your service agreement. These revisions are designed to ensure the final deliverables meet your expectations and requirements.
Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in your service agreement, typically within 14 days of receiving the deliverables. Revision requests should be specific and clearly communicated in writing.
Additional revisions beyond those included in your package may be available for an additional fee. Significant changes to the project scope or direction after work has commenced may be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.
You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice to us. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will:
Immediately cease work on your project.
Provide you with all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
Calculate any refund due based on the work completed and our refund policy outlined above.
Process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Please note that cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the cancellation and the amount of work completed.
We make every effort to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, project timelines are dependent on timely feedback and materials from you.
If project delays are caused by our failure to meet agreed-upon deadlines (excluding delays caused by your failure to provide necessary materials or feedback), you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward future services, at our discretion.
If you fail to respond to our requests for feedback or materials for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any work completed up to that point will be delivered to you.
If you believe the delivered work does not meet professional quality standards or the specifications outlined in your service agreement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.
We will review your concerns and, if we determine that the work does not meet our quality standards or the agreed-upon specifications, we will either:
Revise the work at no additional cost to meet the agreed-upon standards.
Provide a partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the quality issues.
Quality disputes must be raised promptly and cannot be claimed after you have used, published, or otherwise utilized the deliverables.
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at feedback@craftedstrart.world with the following information:
Your name and contact information.
Project details and service agreement reference.
Reason for the refund request.
Any supporting documentation or evidence.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns amicably and professionally. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services or this Return Policy, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and resolved in the courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.
Until full payment has been received, all work products and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Craftedstrart. Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights will transfer to you as specified in your service agreement.
If a refund is issued, intellectual property rights to any work products created for your project will remain with Craftedstrart, and you agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any deliverables provided to you.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Return Policy.
We encourage you to review this Return Policy periodically to stay informed about our refund and cancellation procedures.
Certain services may have additional or different return policy terms. Any service-specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement and will take precedence over this general Return Policy in the event of any conflict.
For video production services, refunds are calculated based on the stage of production at the time of cancellation:
Pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, planning): Up to 70% refund available.
Production (filming, recording): Up to 40% refund available.
Post-production (editing, effects, finalization): Up to 20% refund available.
Completed and delivered: No refund available.
For written content services, refunds are based on the number of drafts and revisions completed:
Before first draft: Up to 80% refund available.
After first draft delivery: Up to 50% refund available.
After revision rounds: Up to 25% refund available.
After final approval: No refund available.
For design services, refunds are calculated based on the design phase:
Concept development: Up to 60% refund available.
Design execution: Up to 30% refund available.
Final files delivered: No refund available.
For strategy and consulting services, refunds are based on the deliverables provided:
Before initial consultation: Up to 90% refund available.
After consultation, before strategy document: Up to 50% refund available.
After strategy document delivery: No refund available.
